As a Public Affairs & Communication Consultant at the Independent Regulators Group (IRG), she also brings a unique blend of expertise in data science, AI, and telecom policy development to the forefront of the European regulatory landscape. At IRG, a think tank and twin organisation to BEREC, she works within a dynamic network of National Regulatory Authorities from 37 countries, including all 27 EU members, the UK, EEA/EFTA countries, and EU accessing countries.

Selected Projects
WBAA Mentorship Program (2022): As a consultant for the WBAA Mentorship Program, funded by the European Commission, Marjola developed a three-day workshop aimed at enriching students’ personal and professional development through mentorship. This initiative not only facilitated knowledge transfer from WBAA Alumni but also aimed to increase student participation in youth mobility schemes, promoting opportunities provided by Erasmus+.

One Way Ticket No More ( 2020- 2022): Marjola worked towards strengthening democracy and the rule of law in the Western Balkans, emphasising the importance of cross-border dialogue and the European integration process. This project served as a platform for young citizens to contribute concrete ideas towards the socio-political development of their region.

VOICEUP (2020): In this RYCO-supported initiative, Marjola wrote the project proposal by focusing on youth employability and advocacy, providing strategic guidance to enhance participants’ advocacy skills and catalyze employment opportunities. Marjola’s involvement aimed at empowering youth to influence public policy and contribute positively to their communities.
